Pastor Martin "Coach" Williams
“Through skillful and godly Wisdom is a house (a life, a home, a family) built, and by understanding it is established [on a sound and good foundation], and by knowledge shall its chambers [of every area] be filled with all precious and pleasant riches” – Proverbs 24:3-4 AMPC
Pastor Martin Williams has been connected to Wisdom Ministries for fourteen years, serving as an assistant to Apostle Siddiki for thirteen years. In August of 2016, Martin, along with Pastors Annetta, Banzy, and Adrian, began Wisdom Church of Richmond, after beginning the ministry as a bible study for a year and a half prior. Pastor Martin hold a holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Education from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA as well as a Master’s degree in Biblical Wisdom from Wisdom University. His hope is to provide “quality education in the area of biblical wisdom for all mankind”.
Pastor Annetta Williams
“For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment” – Luke 1:37 AMPC
Pastor Annetta Williams has been involved with Wisdom Ministries for the past fourteen years, and was involved in the creation of Wisdom Church of Richmond in August 2016. Pastor Annetta shares all pastoral responsibilities with Pastors Martin, Banzy, and Adrian, and is involved in all aspects of the ministry. Pastor Annetta is currently enrolled in Wisdom University as is pursuing a doctorate in Biblical Studies. Outside of the ministry, Pastor Annetta works as a licensed clinical social worker in an in-patient hospital setting as well as for an out-patient Christian counseling center. Her hope for the ministry is to “see hurting people receive hope, encouragement, and wisdom to live life abundantly”.
Pastor Urbanczyk Williams

Pastor Urbanczyk (Banzy) Williams has been a part of Wisdom Ministries for the past thirteen years, and is a co-founder of Wisdom Church of Richmond. Pastor Banzy graduated from Wisdom University in 2016, with a Bachelor’s degree in biblical wisdom, empathizing on business principles. He is currently enrolled in Wisdom University to obtain a Master’s degree in Biblical Wisdom, with emphasis to business principles. Outside the ministry, Pastor Banzy works as an entrepreneur in the landscaping and jewelry business. His hope for the ministry is “to develop leaders of the uncompromised Word of God and the practical application of the Word of God”.
Minister Adrian Williams
“But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides” -Matthew 6:33 AMPC
Minister Adrian Williams has been with Wisdom Ministries for the past eleven years, and has been in leadership at Wisdom Church of Richmond since August 2016. She is currently enrolled in Wisdom University, and is studying to receive her Master’s degree in Biblical Studies. Outside of the ministry, she leads in her community, working as a career-tech education teacher in the city of Richmond. Her hope for the ministry is “to see lives change and transform, and have a space people can not only receive the Word, but provide ways in which they can apply it to life and the world they live in”.
